The offer does not reflect our needs – Red Cross employees reject latest offer in EBA negotiations
Professionals Australia members employed by the Red Cross Blood Services have rejected the most recent offer presented by management in the current EBA negotiations.
“Our members did not believe that the agreement best reflected their needs and are calling for greater roster notice notification and more robust Science Specific Consultative Processes,” said Michelle Rae, Professionals Australia QLD State Director.
“They also reject the claims made by senior management for greater part-time flexibility and the need for employees to give greater notice on resignation.
“Professionals Australia has written to the company along with other unions requesting negotiations resume and the issues dealt with.
“We hope to resolve this matter promptly, without comprising the conditions of our members,” said Ms Rae.
