I aspire to learn further financial management skills as a leader, coach and mentor to my team leaders and team members. I have a core responsibility in my role as Manager Civil Services to lead the commercial performance of my operations team and to drive efficiency improvements with our operating, customer and capital budgets.Professional development in this area would yield opportunities to grow and develop additional skills for me personally and professionally and would greatly assist me in better positioning myself in my current and for any future managerial roles. I would very much value Professionals Australia’s assistance in further developing my skills in this area.”
