The Australian Pharmacy Council Ltd (APC) is calling for applications for Directors for the governing Council.

The Australian Pharmacy Council is a Company Limited by Guarantee and Councillors are company directors with commensurate responsibilities. Under the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme, the Australian Pharmacy Council Ltd is designated the independent accreditation agency for Australian pharmacy until July 2018. The Council of the APC is responsible for governance of accreditation functions assigned to the APC under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009.
Council has one Councillor (director) position available from 1 July 2014. Appointments are for an initial three year term, and Councillors are eligible to reapply at the end of that term for a maximum of three terms.
