Notice to National Assembly of ballot to alter rules for the Managers and Professionals Division Committee

The electronic ballot to consider a resolution to alter the rules in order to clarify the term of office for the Managers & Professionals Division Committee commenced on August 29, 2014 and concluded at 5pm on September 8, 2014.
Of the 24 ballots which were returned 24 were in favour with nil against.
The next step is for the Association to lodge an Application for Certification with the Delegate of the Fair Work Commission.
