Gabrielle Foldes has achieved a Masters in Organisational Psychology, with a background in Human Resources and Recruitment. Gabrielle has provided career assessment and management services since 2004. Gabrielle has extensive experience in Human Resources, graduate and managerial recruitment, employee selection and development, performance management and career management.
With over 10 years’ experience in the area of career consulting, working with a variety of clients from students to senior executives in industries such as transport, power, manufacturing, telecommunications, shipping, IT, education, engineering, hospitality, finance/banking and retail. These experiences translate to a thorough knowledge of the current labour market, labour market issues, employment options and career paths in industries.
